Hi Everyone. Welcome to my blog. I have been a freelance writer for over ten years and have decided to enter the world of online writing via this blog. Just this week I quit my full time job and became a full time freelance writer and editor. I provide writing and editing services for businesses in addition to writing articles for newspapers and magazines. I also provide presentations on a variety of subjects. The main subject of my presentations is domestic violence. A little over twenty years ago I was a victim of domestic violence. It took about four years but I was finally able to receive God’s healing and deliverance from the post traumatic stress caused by being married to an abusive spouse for fourteen years.
I now have a book that I am sending to two interested publishers called, Home Should Be Safe, Hope and Help for Domestic Violence Victims. In my book I explain all the types of domestic abuse with examples. Some are mine but some are from other victims willing to speak out. I also include the story of one victim who was murdered by her abusive spouse.
Since I am launching a new career with my new book I will be writing about domestic violence in this blog and I will provide good resources as well as links to news articles about domestic violence.
