This book tells the story about a young woman who grew up dealing with the effects of having parents who were criminals. She tells her story through her love of books and how they changed her life, and how she met, lost, and hoped to find her first love again. The story is real but with twists and turns you don’t expect. She truly keeps you guessing until the last page. It’s a well-told human interest story that sounds like a real story. Readers will find themselves walking through her memories, good and bad as if they were her own. As both an author and an avid reader I want to thank Revell for the opportunity of receiving advance copies to read and review.
